A Big Ben Underwater brightly clad troupe of masked Venetians are travelling along the river Thames and London canal network looking for a new home after floods have engulfed Venice. Alighting from their boat, accompanied by an accordion and singing Italian love songs: "Ladies and gentlemen, senori and senorina of London, dwellers on the banks of this great waterway: greetings! Greetings from Venezia! Our city. City of water and light, and... carnival! City of mystery, romance and… FLOODS!!!"

GLOBAL WARMING - OUR CLIMATE IS CHANGING

"London Isn't Venice... Yet!" aims to raise awareness of global warming with particular emphasis on the River Thames; rising water levels, flood risks and pollution. But all is not lost... we can ALL do something. How? Consume Less!! Change to low energy light bulbs, Recycle, Put lids on Pans when boiling water, Ride a bike, Switch to green electricity. These are all ways that we can make a difference.
